Dye stumbles into the foul pole.

Everyone is pulling their hair out, and in some cases it's called for, but as you say, tonight was just two pitchers on top of their games. Felix wasn't even that sharp, but it's amazing to see the growth by him over the last few years, learning to battle when he isn't as sharp as usual.

 

Before the Peavy trade, I really thought we could have been a serious contender to acquire him in the next year or two.

Branyon definitely went to the Greg Walker school of hitting. Lift and pull.
