The rotation looks good going into 2010. Hopefully it looks just as good when the season is over. That's really all that matters.

 

Honestly I think everything depends on health. If these 4(5) can stay healthy, I cant imagine a scenario where they would have worse production than normal

jesus, i just can't imagine that's worth it...by the time the dude gets up his contract will have one or two years, thenyou have to pay him a legit contract again?! I don't think cubano can claim the MLB hates the cubans after this deal, and how it f***s over strassbuerger or whatever haha.

Actually, you just reminded me. He could be teammates with Strasburg. I think the Nationals were in on him too.

 

They need to go to a worldwide draft, with slotting. I think that will be addressed in the next CBA.

Anyway, for a guy who's never pitched in the majors and is still raw and like 20 years old, that's stupid money.

i can see it if he was major league ready, but man, this could get someone fired, but I can't imagine it wins an ownership over. It's not like they just found this guy out of nowhere, a bidding war for an unproven talent like this...ridiculous.
