Wow, this really surprises me. I know it's just a reality show, so it won't show the most intimate workings of the club, but the Sox management are usually such a clandestine front office that I never thought in a million years they'd consent to this.

 

I guess it does raise the Sox' profile somewhat, so I'm sure it makes good business sense. It just surprises me, though. Also, since it's MLB calling the shots to a pretty large degree, I bet they pretty much had to do it once it was proposed.

But how often do they hang out in the front office? That might increase KW's chances.

You throw a woman on that show and you have the races, sexes and what not all coverd.

 

Kind of like Watlow (sp?) the dentist on Seinfeld they will have every PC group covered. The Polish catcher is just icing on the cake.

Wait for it...

this isn't a classic reality show. It's not just sticking normal people that want to be famous for 3 months into an INTERESTING situation!!!!!!!!

 

It's more like a TV documentary. I doubt they'll be making KW and Ozzie do scavenge hunts to see who will be kicked off the show first.

This is like Money Ball, except it's a TV show and our front office is nowhere as near as interesting as the A's front office...

 

On a second thought, it really depends on what you mean by interesting.

I would be more interested in this if it focused around the trade deadline or the draft.
