OK...I hate that AB from Kotsay. If we're not gonna score it's paramount that we have good at-bats and make Meche throw. The Royal bullpen is so awful...if nothing else we need to get to that in the middle innings.

Teahen is still besting his career average with a .714 OPS. He's not the problem.

Getz hitting a robust .179. But the grinder factor pushes that up to .200.

C'mon Jake, just concentrate on the batter. Don't let a walk to Getz get you out of your rhythm.
