I hope Pierre can beat out this ground ball to second. We don't need a DP here.

Nope. Pushed it past the 2b.

Heads22, are you God?

If I had mystical powers such as those, I'd spend a lot less time on here and a lot more time pulling ass.

That looked pretty off the bat, straighten it out!

My brain is experiencing joy.

Andruw time.

GORDON

Interesting cut, but we'll take a hit.

Screw that. I’d accumulate as many of those Sox Talk member ranking stars as I could... I have very low expectations.

Gift hit from Gordon to make up for last night's scoring reversal.

I think he's guessing too much.

He's thinking curveball or offspeed, he swings at it, no matter what the location.

He should have really drilled that second pitch, hanging slider up in his eyes with "hit me" written all over it.

And somehow, we've staked JFP to a lead again.

Sac Fly works. 5-4

I have no idea how this inning happened.

Beautiful. Some great execution this inning.

We scored five in a game?! Preposterous!

Paulie, take a pitch.

And...frankly, some luck.

Hey, with the way our luck has been this season, I'll take it.

It will be key to shut them down in the bottom of the 7th.

No doubt about it.

Peavy at 83 pitches.

Obviously he has the 7th, then it gets interesting when the line-up turns over and you have Peavy at 100-110 pitches probably.

Undoubtedly, it will be Thornton against Pods/DeJesus.

Just hoping Butler or Guillen don't take Jenks deep, or Callaspo/Betancourt.

I hope Ozzie has the bullpen ready to back up Peavy if people get on base, that was a long inning on the bench for him.

I could go for a Sox game without an anal penetration joke from Hawk.

Nice pick Kotsay is right.

Beckham has looked good at 2nd this year.

Frank loves him some Gordon.
