It must be. I remember back when Jose Valentin was on the team. Not sure which year it was but he had a horrible average, yet batted near .500 with 2 outs and RISP halfway through the season. How does that happen?

Just throw him breaking balls and he has no chance. I am really not sure why he ever gets fastballs. Can't recognize a breaking ball, can't lay off a breaking ball outside the zone and simply can't make solid contact (if any) on breaking balls.

Doesn't Carlos realize in order to be near the wall, you first need to be on the warning track? He was feeling for the ball, yet five feet away from the track.
