Has Gordon always had that Morganesque twitch of elbow ?

Beckham has closed his stance and lowered his hands. Looks like he's seeing the ball longer. A VERY good sign.

Man, Gordon is looking good again...

God I hate the Twins. I hope we win 19 - 6.

A lot of over reaction for 1 bad inning.

Over reaction on SoxTalk???

Never.

:P

I hate the bunt...no reason to give up the first out.

Why bunt there....

That would be outstanding.

I call BS.

You said gutsy outing, not inning.

Typo.

I love Danks. Always have.

But gutsy post calling me out, bro.

Ozzie has Burnett on his fantasy team

Bunting in the 4th with no outs in a high scoring game?

Bunting with Pierre is always okay. You expect he moves the runner over, but he also has a chance to get a hit.

Mauer made a great play, could have easily been a hit.

He must. Bunting in that situation is incredibly dumb.

That was a Pierre call all the way.

He has like a 15 pct chance to reach base, based on his bunting stats this season.

C'mon Alex...make up for the error!!!

Thank you. That.

Another reason why I wish we never signed him.

Wow, not a good 2-0 swing by Alex

okay so 15% chance he gets a hit, 50% chance he moves over the runner, 35% failure rate.

Pierre is hitting under 300, so your probably talking about 50% success rate with swing and chance for double play.

/shrugs

He is a speed player, make the defense work, I never have a problem with that.

What the hell are you swinging at on 2-0 after he has thrown 6 straight balls Alex?

Worst AB of the season for Rios.

Way to completely help out the pitcher there Alex, wow. He has thrown 1 strike so far in like 12 pitches.

I don't have the numbers but I feel as though Pierre's bunt rate has been awful this year. Anyways, you don't bunt in the 4th in a high scoring game against the opponents long reliever who just came into the game. Not to mention I think Pierre has gotten on twice already. Not sure if those were bunts or not, but either way you don't give away an out there.
