Yeah, but most people have seen 25 movies that can be considered scary. I honestly don't think I've ever had 25 different beers, and I don't think I'm alone.

It won't mean much to many, but I was walking my dog this morning and found one of the plastic inserts from the Intellivision controllers on the sidewalk. If you've never played, the game paddles were numbered similar to a phone - 12 buttons numbered 1 through 9 with asterisk-zero-pound on the botttom. Depending on the game, a plastic insert was placed order the numbers to control game movement. http://www.axess.com/twilight/console/detail/intv.html I haven't played Intellivision since the mid-8o's, so I have no idea why one of these inserts would be on the ground today. I picked it up, studied it for a little while, and then realized that I don't like littering. So, I was forced to carry it. Until I saw a mail collection box. Now it's off on the adventure of a lifetime. Postage due.

I never heard of Intellivision. It's amazing how fast technology go from being relevant to obsolete.

 

Funny story, but I was talking to a 21-year old co-worker the other day and it made me feel old... The subject of digital cable came up, and I mentioned how it was a "shame" that kids nowadays won't be able to enjoy watching scrambled porn, and my 21-year old co-worker didn't even know what scrambled porn was! That made me feel old, and I'm 25! It's funny, cause I went up to another co-worker that was the same age as me and asked him if he knew what scrambled porn was, and he did. I guess even in my generation that I'm part of the older "Generation Y/Millennials" that remember the older analog technology. lol

I too still have VHS tapes. Now they're stored in a box in the back of my closet and they're the tapes that I'm too sentimental to throw out because I got them as gifts. Plus some are my favorite films, such as "Mad Max 2: the Road Warrior", even though I also have a copy of it on dvd.

 

Plus... I still use a vcr to record stuff. :/

Sounds like you've got some drinking to to. You could benefit most from a beer list.

I like the candy idea, just universal enough for almost everyone to put together a list of 15 with enough overlap to make it interesting.

 

Games overall would be fun, with a mix of old school board games and video games, maybe some card games thrown in.

 

TV commercials are another cool idea.

I'm just not a fan of the taste of beer. Like I said, I drink Bud Lite only because it seems to have the least amount of taste out there.
