I just finished a marketing assignment due tomorrow. Now I'm working on a 10 minute presentation & power point for a film culture class. After this, I have 3 2-page analyses to do and then go over another 4-6 minute presentation for tomorrow. Yay.

I just woke up for my work day. You are probably getting ready to go to sleep in a few. Funny.

Finals are way worse when you're working 50 hour weeks ontop of them.

 

Can't wait for next week to be over.

The next 3 days are going to SUCK. Finals week, we meet again.

Easiest Finals week of my 2.5 years so far. I have two finals one tomorrow(later today), and the other tuesday. Both are noncumulative and both should be fairly easy.

First semester I've ever taken 18 credits, and I think it's the easiest finals week of my college career.

 

Group meeting for my senior capstone course (in 7 hours, but I'm pretty prepared for it)

3 non-cumulative final exams (two of which will be a cake walk)

1 3-4 page take home essay for one of the exams

Complete a portfolio for my poetry class

 

The portfolio is going to be the worst part of it, but that's only because it's time consuming and tedious; the work itself should be pretty easy. I think I should be able to knock it out if I give a good 6-8 hours to it.

 

 

I'm just glad I was done last week. It feels good to already be home for Christmas Break and having all my grades posted.

Got one take-home final done.

 

Tomorrow I'll be revising two sports papers I did throughout the semester and turn in my portfolio with a reflection letter, that'll take care of the two take-homes.

 

Then, I have to write three 2-page film reviews. One in-class final on Tuesday for Marketing and another on Wednesday for film-culture.

 

Let's do this.

Got two more left, 7pms on Tuesday and Wednesday. Should be really easy on Wednesday, tomorrow's won't be bad as long as I study, but you know....

 

Cannot wait to be done, once I am I get to relax, turn 21, celebrate Christmas wit hthe family, and leave to go study abroad.

I kind of figured you went to Rhodes. Wasn't sure what other school would bring someone down from Illinois, haha (well, maybe CBU)... Fantastic school. Love the campus as well.

 

Memphis can definitely be a fun city. I really like it even if it does have it's problems, but it's "home" for me so that might make sense. It gets a bad rap, but has a ton of potential if the city government would ever get set straight. My girlfriend in high school lived in mid-town so I used to always be in that area. I assume you've been to Overton Square, but if not, check it out. Some good local restaurants there (Bosco's, Molly's, etc) that I would definitely recommend.
