3-4 weeks before he can swing a bat with regularity then, if its a true fracture and not just a "crack" or partial fracture. If they have to pin it in surgery it may be longer.

So depending on if you consider Gallaraga a major leaguer or not.

I agree that it doesn't matter how Konerko, Dunn, AJ, Beckham, Alexei, Rios, or Pierre hit, but for Morel, if he doesn't have a good spring, Ozzie won't be afraid to make Teahen his third baseman. Morel NEEDS to hit well if he wants to make sure Ozzie isn't tempted to go w/ Teahen, who is tearing the cover off the ball right now.
