Aight I'm actually going to the game tonight in the Bronx, so I figured I might as well try and help myself by creating the game thread and getting lucky.

How bout we win one?

Please win. :pray

This is going to be ugly...but what else is new.

Anyone else see Cowley's tweet about KW being in NY? It was probably talked about in another thread, but any speculation to why he is in NY with the team besides the obvious?

He is rumored to be on a diet and thought that he could watch a few games in person in order to trigger some vomiting.

:lolhitting Now THAT's funny!

Phil your role, please.

The good news is that the Yankees are playing great ball right now, and Cano has an 11 game hitting streak.

So we have an excuse.

We could also just tip our cap after we lose.

GM's often follow the team on road trips

I'd rather win as I know you would

Kenny Williams will address the media today at Yankee Stadium to talk about the White Sox struggles.

To make it easier, we should just tip our cap now and get it over with.

Yeah just go ahead and start the new panic threads and get a jump on things.

Sox are gonna win 3 of 4...I have a good feeling about this series...I was dreading it all week last week. Now I suddenly have renewed optimism. I think the Sox head home at worst 10-16, 11-15.

I believe if the Sox are shutout past the 6th inning, they will tie a record for longest shutout innings. C'mon Sox, I'm rooting for you!

I was being sarcastic (sorry about the lack of green), but it's hard to have a good feeling at all about this series.

You're telling me it's difficult for you to have faith when the team is playing .364 baseball?

Exactly. Now, it they were playing .367 baseball, I might feel a little better.

It would make no sense to win 3 of 4.

The Yankees feast on teams playing as s***ty as the White Sox.

I'd be more than satisfied with 2 of 4. Something has to wake this team up. Maybe it was being outscored 21-3 this weekend.
