Let me ask you this. Would you ever see Roberto Clemente make a half-assed play like that, even when he was 38 years in 1972?

Because contrary to common belief, Rios is the best overall CF on the Sox. If you want to win games, Rios should be in the lineup until the Sox have a better CF.

 

Hes not even close to Dunn or Pierre at this point.

I agree that he is our best CF......by far! His trot on that foul out along with the lazy route to the fly ball is disturbing. That's all.

He's had several other plays that gave up bases or hits that weren't errors but should have been made. Most of them look like poor effort plays.

Damn, that 0-2 pitch has been a strike all night.

It's only lazy if he doesn't get there in time. He got there in time.

Now folks, we've reached the stretch in the typical White Sox game where we've let the other pitcher off the hook so many times that we just sleepwalk offensively through 2-3 innings.
