You have to understand the differences in coaches. Guys like Cooper find flaws in pitching mechanics and help players for the most part get better.

 

 

Hitting coaches however don't have such luck. Hitters come to the majors as finished products. They often show videos off when the hit well so they can go to their happy place like Happy Gilmore.
