Alexei is a badass with the glove.

Nice, Alexei!

My overly pessimistic post of the week: this has all the makings of a Cabrera game winning homer in the 9th off of Sergio with 2 outs.

f*** youuuuuuuuuuu -- I'm coming after you if that happens

You hold Peavy to a higher standard despite the fact his shoulder literally fell apart?

Your shoulder better not fall apart if you're making $16,000,000 a year.

I figured it out: we're calling up De Aza to manage and releasing Ozzie

OHMAN

Hey Cabrera didn't homer

Haha, we'll take it! Nice job by Ohman.

I didn't realize he faced Boesch to lead the inning off. But still, you don't let Ohman face Cabrera...

I actually joked to myself that maybe we were trading Ozzie with Juan Pierre to the Marlins.

This is just being silly.

Ha....wow....

Anyways, nice job for Will. He's going to have a bigger role for this team moving forward....maybe, probably.

I gots news for you brotha, he was healthy when he signed that contract and pitched like a $16M/yr pitcher. s*** happens, he got hurt. He's actually doing pretty damn well if you consider where he was a year ago.

Alexei is a stud.

I wish AJ would just go up there and try and foul 10 pitches to help get Verlander out because I think the Sox can get 1 from the Tigers pen.

It was almost like we are trying to lose this game putting Ohman out there, but he did a nice job. Do you really think management wants to give up and blow things up and is looking for a reason to do so?

Yay, my U-verse is out!

Agreed, and we have comparably priced players without injuries who are performing worse than him. The issue is our manager not managing his players, which is HIS job. If JP can only go five we need to game plan around that.

This would be a shocking home run by Rios.

It was tongue in cheek.

Regardless, he's receiving millions of dollars from us every year, yet in two years with us he's gone 14-10 with a 4.46 ERA. I don't care what his excuse is and I don't care if he's injured: that is abject failure.

AJ really does have unreal hand eye coordination.

I think Rios problem is crappy walk up music.

I think that is an underrated part of what makes a good hitter.

There's the giant hole

Hit and run time...don't get picked off Rios! Nice hit though buddy

Teahen has really peculiar walk up music, see a trend.
