Paulie is a badass.

Hawk wants the flatbread.

Velocity and movement are ok, location is not.

78 pitches and there goes jakes control.

Bottom of the order helps. But bullpen needs to be up to start the inning. They won't be but thy should be.

Why is is so tough for the dude coming off major surgery to have a pitch count in a huge game like this? Our bullpen has been brilliant for weeks now.

Who do you go with in the 6th?

Too early for Crain. Humber? Sale? Thornton?

This is where we could use that other RHR. Bruney? In what is arguably the biggest game of the season to this point?

Ozzie will be tempted to leave Jake in because the 5th went by uneventfully.

Ozzie better get someone up for the 6th. Seems Jake is losing his command and action a bit.

Nice comeback inning by Peavy.

At minimum there should be pitchers warming in the pen to start the 6th. You could potentially pull Peavy here and its an okay move as well.

Hes completely missing with his fastball.

5 innings / One run. Thanks Jake. You qualified for the win. Have a seat, Jethro.

CLE on verge of another walk off win

More to do with Tigers hitters and luck than Jake. He's toast tonight.

Rios and Teahen both approaching the dish with a .207 average and sub 600 OPS.

How are we even in this division race? Pitching, pitching and pitching.

Nice stance rios. Douche.

good job Rios, one pitch out for Verlander probably will extend him an extra inning

That clown Walden, the closer for the Angels, sucks

it's freakish -- what confidence that team must have

Looks like the Indians are going to do it AGAIN.

Bases loaded, no outs....in the bottom of the 9th, down by 1.

Just missed a signature teahen HR there.

And Ozzie will run JFP back out there to face the heart of the order that is looking fastball. No chance Jake gets outta the 6th with lead.

OK. Horse beaten. Point made.

Rios saw a bunch of pitches his last at bat. You guys are going to hate on him no matter what. He saw a fastball, he tried to hit it. Just not his year.

Start the inning with Jake. Go to sale if anyone is on for Cabrera and Martinez.

He saw an unhittable fastball for him and his terrible stance. That isn't bad luck, it's bad pitch recognition and bad hitting. The exact same thing that has plagued him his whole career.

DP ball in CLE. 2nd/3rd, 2 outs. Kipnis with a chance for two walk offs in a row.
