Good finale of The Killing. When Jamie "confessed" to Richmond (and then was shot dead) I was surprised and not surprised. All of the evidence pointed to him, so I expected it to be someone else. And then it was. The scene where Terri confessed was very emotional. I would have let Stan kill her, though.

The Killing sucked. How convenient all that s*** gets wrapped up in the last 2 weeks. It's not plausible in the slightest that Jaime would kill a girl who overheard people talking about cutting a back room deal to get someone elected. 99.9% chance she has no idea who those people are or who they're talking about or what the significance of the deal they were making would be (even i'm not sure what the big deal is). Also, Rosie hits her head on a floor joist and blood is everywhere. How was that not visible to Linden when she found the ID card the first time she saw it?

And why didn't they go after Aimes? He's an accessory. He was right there and lied to the police. Dumb.

The worst part was Duck Phillips telling Linden and Holder they did "a real good job." WHAT THE f***? Linden was SUSPENDED half way through and continued to do illegal s***, but good job! Oh, and convenient that the writers created a whole government conspiracy that ended up playing zero part in this whole thing.

This show was crap.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing..."But she heard EVERYTHING!"

Well, she's like a 17 year old girl...like she has a f***ing clue what you guys are even talking about. The entire scene with Jamie's grandpa was to try and expose what a deviant asshole he was this entire time...let me ask you this...if you were Jamie...and Richmond was going to quit the race after being shot but you being investigated for this murder would probably also stop completely, why the hell would you try and get Richmond to get back into the race? You know damn well that will increase the heat on you again from the police in a huge way...

I thought they cleaned it up at the end and made it reasonably decent, but yeah, it was pretty sloppy, for damn sure.

Not a terrible resolution to The Killing. After they got Jamie to confess, I was disappointed, but then once they revealed that it was technically their aunt Terri who put the car in the lake, which drown Rosie and actually killed her, I was more pleased. That's actually a pretty good twist, what with her not knowing it was her own niece who was in the trunk and all.

Yeah, I actually dug the finale.

Ive got Falling Skies on the DVR for tonight. Watched the NBA and True Blood last night.

What an awful start to True Blood. Only decent storyline is Tara and they have it on for like 2 minutes. Still too many characters.

Looking forward to The Newsroom premiere next week.

I dont think it has been awful but they are going between too many stories. They need to cut it down a little bit.

Ha, I know how that sounds but...in case you're not watching now...

The transition from human to being turned could be good if written right.

I like Tara.

And while there are a bunch of different story lines, I think most of them will be connected (although not sure how the Terry storyline will fit in.)

lol

Over the 26 accumulated hours of its benighted existence, AMC's The Killing established an impressive baseline of ignorance on a great number of topics, among them police work, mobile phones, newspapers, adultery, spinal injuries, elections, casinos, Native American politics, moshing, eating, parenting, psychiatry, technology, butterflies, justice, simple human logic, and rain. But none of those basic, often breathtaking whiffs resonated as much as the show's deepest and most problematic mistake: a failure to understand just what it is people want from a television show.

The season premiere of Falling Skies was pretty damn good. For a TV show, the special effects are pretty good. The scene when they removed the "parasite" from Tom's eye was fairly disturbing.

New Futurama tonight, Felix.

Borgias S2 Finale.

WOW.

Just watched this last night. Agreed. The last two episodes were great. I think the second season blew away The Tudors in quality. If anyone is looking for a new drama to watch, check it out.

I'm curious to see if Showtime will gamble with keeping the show going without Irons (which I think they can do) or if he ends up just being MIA for a while like Cardinal Dela Roverre was after being poisoned.

Workaholics makes me lawlz.

Got last nights on the DVR.

I loved the cheating on the drug dealer episode, although I still think season 1, pedophile drug dealer was the best.

The office campout was some of the best comedy I've ever watched.

Damn IT guys.

:headbang

True Blood blows so hard. It used to be good. It's devolved into gratuitous sex and who's f***ing who and who wants to f*** who. It's also turning into a bad woman's fantasy. All these supernatural beings fighting over Anna Paquin? Please.

I'm 8 episodes into season 2 of Breaking Bad. The episode with Jesse and the little boy was hard to watch, I have a son around that age.

By the way, the seasons 1-4 catch up marathon starts over at the end of next week.

Jessica is super hot.

Ill give the storyline some time to develop, still enjoy most of the characters.

I love the "man trip" from S2, and the Insane Clown Posse episode from S1. My favorites. I just love this show.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and the bodybuilding one. Loved that.
