Well that is one anyway. It'd be nice if Dayan could do something here.

he has no chance

Nice AB Tank.

we always score runs with att uverse

DAMMIT Tank.

Horrible game.

100 K's now.

Hat trick.

no AJ here?

That should have been Fukudome batting. Ventura seems very hesitant to PH so far this year.

DV looks lost.

Wow, just terrible managing not using your hottest hitter when he'd represent the tying run.

He's like Beckham from last year where only way he can do damage is if he gets a hanger.

I just hope he doesn't PH Beckham for Escobar and Morel for Lilli

Dayan had two good hacks at the 97 mph fastball but fouled em straight back

Did Robin really think Flowers was going to make contact against this guy? Sometimes I wonder if Ventura even watched some of our guys play in the past.

Viciedo at least SHOWED the ability to time a 97-98 MPH fastball.

So he has the chance to hit it, if he's looking for it. That's about the only positive to take from that inning, and the fact that Alex Rios is finally starting to look like a major league hitter again.

101 K's.

Ok so Ventura has already given up on any sort of comeback with Stewart to start the 9th

Good news is that Dunn matches up great against their closer, so he can do some damage if we get guys on in the 9th

They weren't going to pinch hit AJ there. He just caught a night game the night before, and he is the only catcher on the bench.

It can be argued that Robin should have used someone else off of the bench, but no manager is going to use their other catcher in that situation.

Very few major league hitters hitters are going to hit that 3rd strike when their timing mechanism is geared for 97-99 MPH fastballs.

Jesus, didn't even realize that the game had started.

Oh well, doesn't look like I wanted to see it.

Seriously? AJ can't catch one inning? I completely disagree with this post

Yep, it's Gavin, it's April, and we still can't hit with RISP.

Nothing new there. Might almost be better off watching the movie BATTLESHIP, although that's just as predictable, maybe moreso than the Sox.

How was Stewart ever a top relief candidate with the Reds throwing at 90-91 MPH? Hmmm....it's like Nick Masset and the disappearing fastball.

Did they not want to announce the attendance intentionally?

Only excuse I'd accept is if Pierzynski is sore, but even so, throw out Fukodome for Viciedo. Today hasn't been good for Tank.
