For f***s sake guys. It's fundamental f***ing baseball.

This team just isn't good at trying to play small ball.

The Sox really do not deserve to win this game at all. I will not lose sleep if we lose this one.

how can escobar NOT be good at bunting

He's like 23 and probably just hasn't had a ton of work on it.

Our hitters have been lacing the ball on the infield in key situations and just have nothing to show for it.

Fukudome slashed the ball at the left side in the Baltimore game, too.

The A's really don't either, though, do they?

Escobar needs to big running at some point this AB.

But what's the excuse for a guy with a 666 career minor league OPS not to be able to do it?

His bat was never going to get him to the majors, he SHOULD have learned how to do some of the fundamentals in order to stick as a utility player with the big league club.

Just no excuses why our minor league instructors wouldn't have him constantly working on his bunting with his lack of pop.

I'll be disappointed that we couldn't win a series against the s***ty A's and that Sale couldn't get a W for another great outing.

WTF is with our offense

WTF is with our offense

The A's have the 2nd best ERA in the American league (Right ahead of the #3 white sox)?

I will! :lolhitting A's have good pitching that's for sure, but so do we. The offenses just aren't clicking

Hopefully they get it going again vs the Red Sox, as their offense is putting up some big numbers.

Against s***ty pitching.

No Luke Hughes or CoCo Crisp available today.

Seth Smith, Mr. Walk, is their only bench player available.

Thornton continues the string, 4 K's in a row by Addison and Matt against their line-up. Nice run going.

The Red Sox offense just put up some big numbers against Minnesota, the 2nd worst pitching staff ERA in the AL.

Balta said it right there. The A's have great pitching. They have avery weak offense but their pitching can keep them in a game

Didn't they just score like 10 against the Yankees also? Yes, it was against Garcia I know, but they still have guys swinging the bat pretty well.

5 K's in a row for Sox relievers.

Jordan Oh, Boy! It's OBERTO coming into the game.

I agree.

After winning the opener it'd suck to lose 2-3.

The A's suck.

I do not have a good vibe. This doesn't seem like the kind of game the Sox win.

There ya go, Matt.

Ok, let's get them here this inning, boys, and then hold'em and fly home with a 5-1 road trip.

Yeah Jeter has been doing pretty damn well

Ortiz is out of his mind right now.

What a shocker.
