Another example of a ball falling in front of DeAza.

DJ's theory is that the circular winds at USCF are really playing havoc with Alejandro's confidence, and causing him to play back so far.

Frank Thomas got a lot of shanks the same way...everyone in the OF playing way back except in RF.

Defense and s***!

Well a lot of hitting and pitching behind in the count, but no runs. Cool.

Good throw and then the relay by Alexei Ramirez.

Nice to have two "plus" arms out there to make up for misplays. Pierre out there, forget about it.

Easily could have given up 2 runs there. Nice to see the game start the opposite of yesterday, when everything was going wrong with Danks and the defense.

Um, I suppose that will all work. A double play that we probably never should have tried for and Alexei wasn't on the bag for and the third out because Dayan struggled with the ball. Nice relay, though.

Its a good thing dayan bobbled it a bit. Cabrera didn't have a chance.

The execution and understanding of where the ball needs to go is so much better this year.

Alejandro hits line drives. Me gusta

I guess he didn't bobble it. It just bounced around a bit.

I'm ready to see some ducks on the pond for Dunn/Paulie

We have been very good picking our spots to run this year. For the things we rip on Robin for, he's done well in that regard.

Morel's done a great job on the bases this year.

GREAT slide by Gordon

That was real close to being a great play. Real nice slide by Beckham.

Holy s***.

ChiSox are actually 3rd in the AL in steals, but hav estill pulled off a 71% clip. In 2011 we were 13th in the AL in steals and were stealing at a 60% clip (worst in the league).

Time to start swinging it again, Paulie

Very good baserunning from Beckham for a change there.
