Right people are b****ing about one of the few bad spots, instead of enjoying how regardless of what Floyd does the Sox are going to find ways to win games.

So can we blame Gavin for the fact that the Sox should be going for their 15th win in a row? :)

Go halfway between 2nd and 3rd and then have to turn around and bust his butt to get back to 2B?

Hmmm....

The ball drops, he still doesn't score.

If he does the right thing fundamentally, he at least has a 50/50 shot to get to 3rd on Ichiro. As it turned out, we scored the run anyway, but he didn't do what he was taught to do in the minors.

If Ichiro catches it, O-Dog is out at 3rd because Ichiro will throw him out. If it drops right in front and O-Dog is standing on second, he's still out at third because of Ichiro.

If he was the third baseman and not the starting pitcher it might be a bit less annoying.

They are squaring Gavin up pretty good today...hard hit balls all over the place.

On every good team someone has to be the goat :D

Nope.

I'm just saying what was the right play FUNDAMENTALLY.

Whether he could or should have gone, that's another issue.

Farmer and DJ both pointed the same thing out (watching tv feed with radio on).

And Hawk and Stone both were fine with the play.

s***, I never thought of that.

It isn't rocket science that Gavin will not do as well against LH lineups like this.

Gavin Floyd f***ing SUCKS!

Get this p**** out of the game.

Pull him...he has nothing out there

Please put Santiago into the game.

Thanks, Gavin!

GAVIN.

f***.

OFF.

Okay now its time to b**** haha, Damn you floyd why do I try and believe in you.

Oh ya Gavin with a few bad spots ............MY ASS!..................He FN blows.

Please put Santiago into the game.

Thanks, Gavin!

Never understood how giving up a home run makes you a p****

I know it's gonna kill the pen but if we tie it up you gotta pull Gavin

Goodness do I hate watching him pitch from the stretch. Every pitch to Saunders was above the belt that AB.

This guy sucks

I'll take Quintana over Floyd. DL Floyd or something with some mysterious arm ailment.

I can't complain about a ton of things with the Sox this year, but for the life of me, I do not understand Robin's fascination with Will Ohman.

Gavin gets curveballs over early in the AB to lefites = good

Misses early with fastballs = bad

Even the worst of pitchers shouldn't be getting absolutely tattoo'd like this...4 homers in 4 innings. And the thing is, it's not like Gavin even has THAT bad of stuff today.
