Iffy call on the wild pitch. AJ needs to glove that ball, Gavin needs to be able to throw it there without being afraid his old catcher will miss it. Overall Gavin looks good so far.

Well, I'll agree on one count. Personally, I hated Garland. Not as much as Floyd though. Jon did help give us one magical season.

His stuff looks really great. Just can't throw all fastballs to lefthanders...it's pretty simple. Zero margin for error when he does that

Altuve is even smaller than Dustin Pedroia. I find that hard to believe.

Anybody know who's been catching Gavin during this funk? Flowers seems to call more breaking balls.
