Peavy's missing his spots big time tonight. If this gets out of hand, you have to limit his pitches tonight.

Wow.............getting ugly fast.

Rios is being a complete idiot out there.

Awesome. Offense better get it going soon, or we are going to head into the all-star break with absolutely no momentum.

Hard to get mad at Rios after his defense won us the game yesterday.

Not good............ effect of so many pitches last start may be taking it's toll.

His defense cost us a run already. Cost us an out just now.

It's one game against a red hot pitcher. With the incredibly hard schedule the rest of the way after this series, it's hard to imagine this game meaning anything with regards to momentum. If the Sox can go .500 the rest of the first half, that would be a huge victory IMO.

Span missed a homer by 3 or 4 inches from what the replay looked like. Nice play Beckham!!!!!!!!

saves 1, maybe 2

Well, I'd rather his defense win us a close game instead of potentially adding on to a blowout loss

Hell of a play by Beckham! Incredibly lucky it's not 5-0

Way to go Gordie. Jesus, theyre hitting everything into the gaps.

And we are hitting everything right at infielders

Thats great and all...except for that was yesterday.

Well, the Indians are playing just as bad or worse than we are now...

Only question is how many other teams (Royals and Twins) are back in it as well.

Liriano, Santana, Radke, Kenny Rogers, Hawkins, Rincon, Guardado, Romero...names change, but the results never seem to (barring the miracle season of 2005, stage-conducted by the Maestro of the Midway, Ozzie Guillen).

Neither are back in it, and I bet both are sellers in the next month. It's a White Sox/Tigers battle, in my opinion.

We could have a battle of mediocrity going down the stretch.

We say this every year it seems, and one team gets hot and wins 90 games.

Anyone going to call another Liriano no-hitter against us?

Well, I don't think we've hit it out of the infield yet

There's your hit!

Not 2008 and 2009.

Those were nailbiters down to the end.

Is that Peter Griffins in the second row behind home plate.

The only race Minnesota and Kansas City are in is for the higher draft pick in 2013
