He's just been a good signing overall. The Heat depth now compared to '11, or even last year, has improved dramatically. They've got a different guy outside of the big 3 stepping up in every series. Ray Allen torched the Bucks. Cole killed the Bulls. Now Anderson tonight.

I don't remember if I posted anything when they got him, but yeah. They definitely needed an athletic backup center and found one. It helps to have options beyond Bosh and two undersized guys.
