I think the situations of Johnson and Viciedo are unrelated. Viciedo is the clear starter but Johnson should be on this bench instead of Odog as viable pinch hitter off the bench and possible 3B, 1B, and LF in a pinch

We use defensive replacements a lot more than pinh hitters or backup 1b.
