I really think he needs to look at where De Aza starts his back leg. Tank loads his weight up way too late right now. Ada on the other hand, starts with his weight back and is "straight through the ball".

Absolutely, especially if they're not going to try and get some more offense into Konerko's spot for the next week. Danks is nothing more than a late inning defensive replacement.
