We are witnessing the collapse of the 2012 Whitesox. It started friday night. Some things you just cant shake off. Getting swept by the terrible Royals is one of those things. Having a pitcher like Gavin Floyd is another.

2005 has a pretty awful 'collapse' right around this time as well, no time to panic yet.

If it was going to happen, it would have been after losing to the Red Sox in heartbreaking fashion and then getting swept at DET.

They'll be fine...they might not make the playoffs, but the season isn't collapsing yet. We will still have a one game lead going into tmrw, no matter what happens.

And we've scored plenty of runs against Freddy Garcia since he left the Sox.

It's whether Floyd can hold the Yankees down for the next 3-4 innings to let the offense get us back into this one.

DET blew a 5-0 lead in the first inning the other night...playing at home, the Sox tend to score in bunches.

If this team doesnt hit homeruns it doesnt score it seems like. There is no balance offensively.
