Black, a 2011 MiLB.com White Sox Organization All-Star, is hitting .319 with 17 homers and 83 RBIs in 124 games for the Dash, duplicating much of his breakout season at Class A Kannapolis last summer. The switch-hitter leads the league in batting and ranks second in RBIs.

September 14, 201213 yr Good for Dan. Played AAU baseball with him for 2 summers when we were in HS. Super nice guy. Suprised the Sox have not moved him up.
