Besides Justin Upton, who certainly learned how to hit away from the tutelage of Greg Walker, some of their other stars like Heyward and BJ Upton were off to incredibly slow starts.

 

Of course, they were missing McCann and Freeman, in fairness.

 

Gattis has been a huge success story, too.
