KC announcers saying KC setting the Sox up for another walkoff to put deeper in depression.

Alexei hit a soft line drive up the middle that Hawk called "there's a basehit" when Getz got it on a bounce and had a chance to get the force at second but lost control of the ball on the transfer. He then fired it to 2nd base too late but at this time Danks took too long of a turn at 3rd and got caught in no mans land.

For those on gamecast, Thornton had an easy comebacker DP and made an awful throw to 2nd, so Alexei could only get the lead out.
