Jerome Williams always was terrible (at least it seemed that way), but he's stuck around for a long time with the Angels.

 

And he has a good ERA this year as well. Thought of him more as a fifth starter/long reliever than an integral part of a rotation (and part of the reason for him starting is Weaver's injury).
