8/9/13 Sox v. Twins Day/Night DH

Oh no. Axe is in. Once again, team works hard only to give it away in the 10th cause of Axe. Just my prediction. Trouble is brewing.

Axelrod is just awesome. It's amazing how terrible he is the last few months.

Dylan Axelrod in to lose it. Might as well just pack it in

Is Axelrod a guy we can nontender after this year? Ha.

Clockwork

Back to the independent league. No use for this guy in the big leagues. None.

They might as well just DFA Axelrod and keep Leesman up.

They should send Axelrod to the draft next year to announce the Sox pick.

Its uncanny, really.

He's the reverse stopper, just put him in and you're ready to go home.

Axelrod fits in with the long line of the Broadway's, Diazes, hitting tees that we have seen employed till they started drafting power pitches.

and Keppinger

Haven't Hahn and Robin and Coop seen enough of Axe? It doesn't take a genius to see he's not big-league caliber.

This is the most ridiculous move you can make anymore. Why is Axelrod brought in in these situations let alone still with this team

As soon as this month is over, Petricka and Webb will be up getting some of these innings.

Not that it matters, but it's hard to lose a DH to Minnesota in your own ballpark. This rebuild may take a while.

I love this idea. Well, him and his sidekicks Veal and Troncoso.

Arcia has some impressive power. Twins have a chance to have a big time lineup in a few years. Let's hope their pitching continues to suck.

Axelrod is trying to get us Rodon, that's all.

It seems stupid to bring him in to immediately ruin what has been a pretty good game. Bring him in earlier to lose the game. Why do it in the ninth or extras of tie games? Like somebody said here, it's like putting it on a tee. Tru though that Veal/Tronsoco stink too.

Problem is, the Astros bullpen is doing an amazing job of late for them (in a way to get them Rodon).

Because they're basically out of pitchers.

Axe has allowed 21 HR's in 106 innings this season

That's more innings than Danks

Moving Axe to the BP just seems to accentuate his meat-throwing tendencies.

Keep him around to lose games and then back to AAA next year. He can take Flowers with him.
