I'd rather worry about that in April, and see guys do what they need to do to be ready for the regular season right now.

His technique and his strength were the two big things. They even spent half of Adam Dunns AB praising Abreu, then again what are you going to do... talk about Adam Dunn?

Cheers. :)

So...how about we improve that 2-17 record against the Indians this year.

Well they already traded Reed so that immediately double the win total.

Bad memories right there

Glad to see Abreu and Viciedo taking walks

From the few at bats I've seen of Abreu (first game only), I'm very optimistic. They were good at bats, and he has demonstrated a level of strike zone patience that no one on our team has except Dunn. By contract, he made Viciedo look ridiculous.

Yeah, by a 4:1 ratio.

Hawk's going to have to change his well-worn "Latins leaving the island" phrase. Who knows, his brain may actually fall backwards into progress...

That is a gross number.

Man I'm excited for this year even though I'm not expecting much

Hard not to be excited about a top of the order featuring Eaton, Abreu, and Avi.

They are wrong.

Surkamp getting hit around like a red-headed stepchild.

4-2 tribe now.

The good news is, he is "throwing strikes" #shrug

@andre_rienzo 2nd ever Brazilian in MLB, K's first ever Brazilian in MLB in Yan Gomes.

Small sample sizes and some injury-affected and that but Surkamp sure does seem to get smacked around any time he faces Major League hitting.

Jared Mitchel with a single and a steal. On second with one out.

Liddi with a bomb. Line drive homer.
