Dodgers and Padres kicking it off on espn tonight. Well kind of I guess.

Should be a fun day tomorrow

Is Jose Valentin the padres 1b coach?

Alas, only 18.

I'm watching the Opening Day Parade in Cincinnati. OD tickets are nearly impossible to get in Cincy, but in a warmer year I'd like to go catch the parade and then a late lunch at Hoffbrauhaus.

Since Opening Day wasn't really yesterday, or today, or tomorrow for some teams. It was actually two weeks ago halfway around the world, so he already had an inning pitched officially.

Yeah that was stupid.

Verlander looks pretty sharp early on.

Bryce Harper slid late and took a knee to the head. Shook up.

Cliff Lee managed to blow a 6-run lead in the span of two innings down in Texas. Soxtalk's favorite player Alex Rios with a big 3-run homer.

Casey McGehee is their clean up hitter. And you thought Conor Gillaspie batting third was bad.
