April 28, 201411 yr Wow, have yourself a month, Micah. He proved he could be a devastating baserunner last year. This year, he's proving he can be a legitimate threat offensively.
April 28, 201411 yr QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 28, 2014 -> 06:40 PM) Wow, have yourself a month, Micah. He proved he could be a devastating baserunner last year. This year, he's proving he can be a legitimate threat offensively. I figure he has to be a September call up
April 29, 201411 yr Charlotte hitters have already struck out 11 times through 6 innings. Davidson has 2.
April 29, 201411 yr Ravelo is simply on fire. Average is up to .371 Edited April 29, 201411 yr by fathom
April 29, 201411 yr I guess best case scenario is Ravelo ends up a Billy Butler type. After tonight, I believe he leads the Southern League in doubles.
April 29, 201411 yr Micah with his 2nd walk of the night. 15 BB to 15 SO on the year. Love me some 1:1.
April 29, 201411 yr Author Even with a slump, Thompson had a good April. One good month down, four to go.
April 29, 201411 yr Author Hawkins got ejected tonight. Got into it with the catcher. https://twitter.com/aaronmcfarling/status/4...6661760/photo/1 Edited April 29, 201411 yr by flavum
April 29, 201411 yr Author QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Apr 28, 2014 -> 10:03 PM) this is a guy the White Sox should try and trade for: Simmons Shades of Dewon Day
April 29, 201411 yr QUOTE (flavum @ Apr 28, 2014 -> 10:05 PM) Shades of Dewon Day Went to the same school as me. Got to see him pitch a few times. he is small but can bring it. I wouldn't doubt he is in the MLB by the end of the year. I wouldn't mind shipping Beckham for him and another prospect.
April 29, 201411 yr Loving that Hawkins has seemed to drastically improve his approach at the plate. Ravelo, Trayce, and Micah are all killing it. Something needs to be done with Davidson.
April 29, 201411 yr QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Apr 29, 2014 -> 04:17 AM) Loving that Hawkins has seemed to drastically improve his approach at the plate. Ravelo, Trayce, and Micah are all killing it. Something needs to be done with Davidson. What do you suggest? Not much the Sox can do except let him work his way out of it. He just turned 23 and he's proved himself at every level, he should be able to adjust.
