A player in A ball isn't a reason for anything to be done or not done at the MLB level. If some team wants to overpay for Ramirez you let them.

This season has been the worst defensive outfield performance I've ever seen by the Sox. Sad thing is it's been really, really bad for a long time and it seems to have exploded this year.

He's playing everyone on the warning track because he's not a good outfielder so he needs to compensate by playing deep.

 

It was not lazy defense, he dropped the ball taking it out of his glove to throw it in - a physical error.

Where did his change-up go? Seems to be throwing a ton of fastballs tonight, as well as sliders way off the plate.

Couldn't agree more, gives up a lot of 2 strike hits too. Right not he's thrown 54 strikes and 44 balls! Yikes

It would be nice if they can acquire a legit RFer who can hit so they can alternate Avi and Tank at LF/DH.
