That could of been one of the weirdest doubles ever

Get an out, Q.

A long ways removed from the days of Biggio/Beltran/Berkman/Bagwell.

Heck, Hunter Pence.

Good job by Flowers there?

Said it was blocked.

42 pitches. Quintana battles, but he hasn't really dominated a game yet this season.

I'm not sure if we'll ever see him go on another run like his first 9-10 big league starts.

That was pretty amazing. Nobody had good scouting reports on him at the time.

Hoes before Bros.

We don't score til they score.

(watched those dvds a couple times)

Flowers isn't long for .300.

Viciedo just slipped under, Alexei's on the way.

The best was when he was making fun of the expression on Backe's face when he was out there on the mound.

Hard to believe Flowers is still at .310. He'll be at .255 by the break.

The only guy that will be lucky to sniff 300 out of that trio is probably Viciedo, if he keeps up his new found approach. Ramirez will finish around 270-280 and Flowers, yea, he'll be at .255.

Flowers' little BABIP hot streak probably saved his career as a starter IMO. He'll finish the year around 255/300/380 and he'll have another year as the starting catcher in Chicago.

wRC+ of just 110 too. With a BABIP of .486, that's awful.

Good at-bat by Moises "High" Sierra (Chris Berman impression)

He has to be named after Moises Alou, right?

C'mon, Beck. Square one up.

Gordon's even looking better on his flyouts recently.

lol at Hawk, "that ball hit deep into RF". Ha, it was about 40 feet in front of the track.

Good time for Gillaspie's first hr.

Ugh cant get the 2 out hit lately

Horrible clutch hitting early in games..

Hope we're not back to "tip your cap" time again with the offense.

At least Abreu and Eaton provide hope/spark.

Remember when Dexter Fowler was the latest "toolsy outfield" prospect?

Wonder if Buxton will live up to the hype? His teammate Hicks has definitely had his struggles, as well as some flashes or glimpses of potential.

They really need Eaton back. It makes a huge difference having him on base 1-3 times a game for the middle of the order. Beckham and company just aren't cutting it.

I'd really like to see against RHP Eaton, Conor, Jose, Dunn, Viciedo, Ramirez.

that's a pretty damn good top 5.
