Way to hit PK. Might have 9 if it wasnt for basrunning blunders.

Never touched the bag. Terrible challenge

.....we all say while watching repeated reviews on our high def TVs

Down 5-0 to leading for now.

On another note, the interaction between Alexei and Eaton after the play at 1B puts to rest any speculation that there is a problem between them.

Hopefully Carroll doesn't start the inning.

Yes, but isn't that what the coach who gives thumbs /down sees? Stone said right away he missed it.

One would hope Alexei knew if he touched it or not and that he would tell his coaches/manager the truth.

Stone pretty much has the same view as we do, no? Those guys are looking on the big screen at center field, and have to make a decision wether they challenge or not. It wasn't so easy to see after one quick replay from the first base dugout angle because you couldn't tell if his hand touched the bag.

And this is the key, Alexei should have fessed up

Game of bullpens rest of the way.

I thought there was someone in the clubhouse who views it

Even then, I couldn't tell until the fourth replay from the outfield camera at slow motion if his hand did or did not touch, because they kept showing the opposite angle

Hawk said Robin gets a signal from Parent who gets it from someone named Johnson presumably in the clubhouse.

I'm shocked this umpiring crew stinks

Anybody know anything about Daniel Carbonell? A 23yr old Cuban OF free agent. Would he be worth the Sox pursuing?

He has 5 offers, one of them rumored to be from us but unlikely

The ball last inning was foul but I don't know if they are able to go back and change it afterwards

How highly is he rated? Is he supposed to be major league ready or is he a longer term prospect?

That's probably the end of Flowers being a .300 hitter this season.

FWIW, Zach Putnam continues to be one of Hahn's most overlooked signings.

Carbonell is a 6’3″, 220-pound switch-hitter with four years of pro experience in Cuba. He's known for his speed and power and is considered by some to be a five-tool player.

That's all I've got on him. You tell me.

It was fun while it lasted, especially all of his BABIP posts.

Cain might have saved this game for KC with that great catch
