It would be nice if Melky got one of those hits with runners in scoring position.

I disagree 100% so glad the worthless SOB is gone! #JusticeForTheFeek

Average De Aza with the White Sox would be the second best position player on this team.

I'm almost certain you were pimping him earlier this year too though, and then he got dfa'd by the Orioles. He seems to be doing nice for Boston so far though

Don't believe so. I was probably talking about him with this White Sox. I think he's probably just about done at this stage. Although given our current corner outfielders are sitting at -1.0 and -0.3 WAR, his 0.0 WAR would look mighty pretty.

That is like saying someone is the tallest midget who cares?

Petricka has not looked good this year

Foul ball

Robin was afraid to challenge because if it's not overturned then he loses the challenge for the rest of the game. (Unless he asks the umps.)

Too scared to ask the umps ever!

It was a fair ball.

Nothing to lose by challenging. Sad that Ventura is so passive.

He's saving his challenge for later in the game.

What the f*** does Jeff Bagwell have to do with anything, Hawk?

It's the same situation as in Detroit. Nothing to lose to ask. Umps can still review later on.

You are right I have to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Another double play!!

Got that impression myself so I looked up the stats. He's been pretty good actually. Grounders are good.

Doesn't the challenge vanish at the end of the game whether its used or not and its entirely the umps discretion?

DP...................score a F'N run.

Now score a damn run

Get on base, Beckham. I got golf to watch.

BECKHAM!!!

Somehow I called that one while talking to my dad.

What a dumb sacrifice. they should know that Ventura always IWs late in the game to set up the double play. They took the bat out of the only decent bottom of the order hitter.
