After the Seabrook contract, the writing is on the wall for Shaw. Go draft his replacement. He's not that good and not worth the cap space.

 

IF you have to start comparing players, do I want Shaw over Teravainen? Absolutely not.

Agree. Shaw plays hard but he only had 34 points this year. I'd also say Kruger's deal was the end, not Seabrook's. Everyone knew Seabrook was going to get paid. Not everyone thought they'd pay 3+ aav for Kruger

The Penguins? Their starting goalie is concussed and day-to-day. They started their good young backup in a meaningless game Saturday and he got hurt, so now they are starting a s***ty career backup. Yet he is playing well enough to win so far.
