Q hasn't done well against the Royals... hopefully that changes today.

No Cain in the line up for KC. Thats good news

Cain is batting .357 off lefties this season and is 5 for 8 with two doubles against Quintana this year.

You can do that when you're 65-44. Moustakas too.

Is this going to be a typical Sox game where if things go well in the first inning, they easily win. But if Quintana gives up a bleeder or a blooper or defensive lets him down, he falls apart pitching out of the stretch? Oh and Mr. Ventura, Please no more wire-bunting ever!, outs are kinda important in baseball.

Didn't realize he was a Scientologist/libertarian.

Not sure who you're talking about exactly, but a a 'Libertarian-Scientologist' or whatever? Not sure if ever been call that before.

Sometimes I do like to be a Slavic mail-bride, tho. Help me out here, brah, how should the ad start exactly:

"Have gazongas, will travel"

"Turn-ons: shiny things. Krokodil

Turnoffs: middle-aged American beergut on Sealis"?

Saw Zobrist playing 3rd, that might be interesting to see, but any help getting Q a win off KC is a welcome sight.

May start in a delay today.

Game starts on time.

Apparently Duffy hasn't allowed a hit to a lefty in 3 straight starts.

Dyson fooled a bit on a hard line drive from Abreu but recovers for a decent catch.

Escobar works leadoff walk.

...and this ballgame is over.

Just kidding.

Now it is

These Sox pitchers are throwing like garbage

Hosmer doubles into right field, outfielders had given him a lot of space in right center, Trayce bobbled the ball a bit while trying to avoid colliding with Avi, 1-0 Royals.

They've been pitching away from the defensive positioning all series

This team is a freaking joke. None of these coaches should be back next year. If your front office makes the decision to go for it at the deadline and not be sellers, coming out as flat as they have since the deadline is unacceptable.

No way KW, RV and Hahn can all return in 2016. If they all return JR deserves 5,000 a night at the game. Shame on front office for being so stupid at trade deadline. Shock the went on a losing streak......NOT!

Most of these players shouldn't be back either

Cooper's bunch continues to massively underachieve

Quintana being beaten up this inning, double by Rios on fastball right down the middle. Looked like the OFs were giving a wide space in left center that time and that's again where the ball went.

Thanks to Hahn, they will be. The two worst (LaRoche and Danks) for sure will be back.

Quintana walked a guy that hasn't walked in 80+ ABs.

You've never seen the (usually overhyped) Sox starters fall apart out of the stretch before? Really?

No matter how dominant Javy Vazquez, Gavin Floyd, Jose Quintana, Shark, et al are.... a meltdown is only a baserunner or 2 away.

And yet, to say anything against Don Cooper has always been blasphemy.

Coops part of the deal also but he is lower on the pecking order. This winter talk about Sox maybe close to a all time low.
