Unfortunately every team has fans who think that way. And you would think they'd know better since they had Samardzija in 2014 with like 2 wins over half a season despite pitching better.

I think projections are a little harsh on him, given his age, but you do have to be wary of a young talented pitcher that both the Cardinals and Braves are willing to move.

This proposal sounded like it came from a Cubs fan in the first place.
