  1. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Sep 8, 2009 -> 11:59 AM) She looked like a dude. So what. Serena Williams looks like a man with a boob job, but you don't see people questioning her gender. By the way and off topic, I believe Serena is a juicer.
  2. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Sep 9, 2009 -> 09:07 AM) At least you won't have problems stimulating that giant clit! Instant Sox Talk Classic ^^^
  3. QUOTE (robinventura23 @ Sep 8, 2009 -> 02:36 PM) Anyone see "Sugar" ? Saw it last night and thought it was a really nice movie and well written. Yep, really enoyed it. Why did he make that choice in the end?
  4. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Sep 8, 2009 -> 02:35 PM) No, it was the lead singer(Joe?) Scott Lucas, but it was Gil who would wear the suit. Weird.
  5. 10 clips, maybe one chuckle. Different does not always = good
  6. Question for anyone who has ever worked at a movie theater. If no one shows up for any of the last showings, do they close and go home early, or do they have to run the films and stay anyway?
  7. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Sep 8, 2009 -> 12:56 PM) IIRC it was a show very near Halloween. I saw Local H in Carbondale over 5 times, so it wasnt too out of the ordinary, but the lead singer came out dressed ina full gorilla suit and played the entire show with it on. I was uncomfortable just watching him play in that suit, he had to of been on fire. lol. yeah, that's Gil, they're roadie who would join them onstage regularly.
  8. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Sep 8, 2009 -> 01:49 PM) I believe I saw the same tour you did, when Local H came down to Carbondale, Chevelle blew the roof off. I think they toured with a third band called Big Ass Truck. I don't remember BAT being on that bill, but maybe they were. I wish I could remember the name of the bar, it's no longer there, but it was near The Elbo Room. I thought Chevelle was kind of awkward, very quiet between songs, but they were a new band with young members and they were the opener for a really hot band at the time. Makes for a tough show.
  9. Makes me wonder what my kids would say (if I had any) if they were asked the same question. I come up with nothing
  10. QUOTE (The Critic @ Sep 8, 2009 -> 08:56 AM) Easier to be happy and confident when guys are constantly kissing your ass, maybe? Of course.
  11. Watched 'It Might Get Loud' last night. Pretty cool, especially the parts where they're trying to play each others songs.
  12. She's a woman on the juice. Disqualify her for juicing, that's fine, but what's all this gender verification non sense?
  13. QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Sep 6, 2009 -> 10:04 AM) If that was 100% true there would be no phone sex workforce. That's why I said usually. I talked to a woman on the phone today who breathed hevaily into the phone and sounded like she had food in her mouth. There is no doubt in my mind that she's a swamp donkey. Hot chicks just have a certain happiness and confidence to their voice, it's hard to describe.
  14. Have you ever noticed that you can usually tell what a woman will look like by the sound of her voice? Hot chicks usually sound hot and ugly chicks usually sound ugly. Most of the time, if I hear a hot voice over the phone, it turns out the chick is pretty hot.
  15. QUOTE (son of a rude @ Sep 3, 2009 -> 11:42 AM) ick, that workout is garbage. You need to lower the reps a lot. 50 reps on deadlift? You would get tired as hell and your form would start becoming bad. That is just asking for a back injury. If you want to look like the guys in 300, do 5-10 reps on everything. When doing abs, using weight so you can only do around 10 reps of each exercise. Plus you will have to have an extremely good diet if you want the abs like that. It's pretty obvious that you could never look like the guys in '300' by just doing this workout. It doesn't contain enough isolation exercises.
  16. QUOTE (Tex @ Aug 20, 2009 -> 10:22 AM) What a difficult case. And genitalia will not be the only determination. That is what makes this so difficult. If medical tests confirm that she has female genitalia and that she was born with them, what other types of tests could prove the opposite?????
  17. QUOTE (bmags @ Sep 4, 2009 -> 01:29 PM) Curitiba, Brazil Visiting or moving there?
  18. QUOTE (Rex Kicka** @ Sep 3, 2009 -> 10:44 AM) My parents both immigrated from Europe in the late 50s and early 60s. Two of my aunts from France moved to the US in 1945 or so after marrying GIs. How intimidating is it for a poor French girl to leave her family to be married to a man living in very rural Kansas. That's a great story Rex, it would make a great film.
  19. My parents moved to this country from South America in the mid 60's. They were in their very early twenties, didn't speak a word of English, didn't have jobs or know anyone here. Think about how ballsy that was.
  20. QUOTE (NIUSox @ Sep 2, 2009 -> 09:26 PM) The Big Lebowski is funny for different reasons when it is on cable. "You see Larry. This is what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps." That's fantastic, you no good slug in a ditch.
  21. QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Sep 2, 2009 -> 06:00 PM) The elastic on my right sock is all stretched out. ...or your right calf has atrophied.
  22. Sorry if this is somewhere earlier in this thread, but what do you know about the '300' workout? Supposedly the workout that was used by the actors to get in shape for the film: a) Pullups - 25 reps B) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps c) Pushups - 50 reps d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps e) Floor wipers - 50 reps f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps g) Pullups - 25 reps
  23. Same thing with faucets that don't have the sensor. Walk into the restroom, faucet blasting away at full power, no one there.
  24. Does this happen to you? You walk into a public restroom stall and find the toilet full of s*** and tp, so you assume it must be broken. You hit the handle and woosh, it works perfectly. Why is that people don't flush toilets in public restrooms when they're done? Do they do this at home too? Is there some kind of childish thrill out of making the next person have to look at your s***?
  25. QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Sep 2, 2009 -> 09:12 AM) The counter to that is that Tony Scott's directing was what fueled the success of True Romance. I don't agree, and I think it's Quentin's story that makes the film. Yep, the dialogue is solid.
