The trolling comes in the form of the ridiculous and irrelevant responses you routinely come up with to deflect any criticism of Sox ownership and management.  Just because you are the board administrator doesn’t mean you aren’t capable of your own brand of trolling.

The trolling comes in the form of ridiculous posts that don't do anything but further 4 decade old grudges and temper tantrums.  If you hate everything about the team so much, yet continue to put so much negative energy into it, there is really no other conclusion to come to.

I see the Padres fired their hitting coach.  Yesterday the Marlins fired 4 coaches.  Earlier, Baltimore and the Angels parted with their managers. 

The White Sox, however, are holding strong with all of their staff.  Must be government positions.

The one thing you don't want to do is give someone a pass just because you can't expect the team to be good. None of us have day to day access to the team, so we really don't know the relationship between coach and player. Who knows, maybe everyone comes to the same conclusion that no change is necessary if we had all the information. The thing I worry about is the lack of improvement from guys we all want and need to be good. Another year of it won't do anyone any good, and could do permanent damage. 

 

Being too stubborn to make a needed change is just as bad as overreacting and constantly making changes just to make changes.

This is equally relevant to the White Sox...especially with Chili Davis gone.
