Worst home run calls in all of baseball. Not a fan.

Living 5 minutes from Globe Life Park in Arlington, I have seen quite a bit of Nomar Mazara. Not only against our Sox but against other teams. This guy has loads of potential. The past few years, he was a huge part of their offense at a very very young age. The majority of his at bats he was batting 3rd and 4th in their lineup as a 21-23 year old. Our ballpark will play similar if not better and although he is not the greatest defensively, he's not the worst of the available options and his arm is strong. This was the guy I wanted at the beginning of the offseason ahead of Ozuna and Castellanos, Puig, and whoever else. Dropping to 6th and 7th in our lineup- I'm not a scout but I believe he will flourish in a Sox uniform.

Per Jeff Passan on Twitter This is a new one: Esteban Loaiza, drug kingpin. The second-winningest pitcher from Mexico in MLB history was arrested Friday with 20 kilos of heroin or cocaine, according to San Diego police records. He'll be in court Wednesday to face felony drug charges. Details are in pics. He was just at Sox Fest a few weeks ago. His charges are detailed in the photos.

Very good points guys. Sorry, had to get it off my chest after another video of him playing with hair. I just want baseball videos. This kid is going to special. Moncada is going to be a very good baseball player for us. I think Eloy and Robert will be better and will be special. Very exciting years ahead for us.

The Luis Robert Instagram feed is now unwatchable. I had to unfollow. Never seen a man take as many selfies and videos of himself doing absolutely nothing but admiring himself in a mirror. Total narcassist.

I don't post offen but have been a Soxtalk daily reader since 2003. I signed up on this site when I was 15. I am now 28. Soxtalk has always been my place for Sox news. I am a Southsider and moved to Dallas a few years ago but catch the Sox everytime they are here in Arlington. I am active Dallas PD. I have been on for 4.5 years and currently work in the division where 6 of the officers were killed/injured. I lost 3 of my good friends that I worked alongside day by day, rode bikes with, made significant arrests with, helped people, ate dinner with and had personal relatioships with. The officers lost were great guys. The three killed were in my assigned squad. I was scheduled to be at work Last Thursday and would have been right next to them. However, I took the day off because I took my wife's friends back to the airport that night and soon thereafter my phone began to be flooded with calls and texts. We have received an overwhelming amount of support from the DFW community and across the nation. I ask support/prayers/thoughts from my Soxtalk community as I bury two more of my friends the next two days.
