I highly doubt that.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the term. We know RayRay just had a kid, as he announced it at some point. My comment was about the term and not him. It applies to everyone at some point. The flip side is "ha-ha, I can get laid anytime I want because I have good opinions, etc." It's all seedy.

The whole internet isn't about you, pal. Maybe let a little air out of your head so you can fit through the door jamb and touch some grass.

Welp, 3 of the last 4 have been chuck and duck for Fedde. Maybe he needs to catch whatever Hicks has and go get well. I think Joe Rock's being cultivated as a starter. I'd also think minor league free agents would have to be jumping onto the market any day now.

Red Sox looking for any offensive help. Red Sox Making Trade Calls For Offensive Help - MLB Trade Rumors I'd happily send them Hays or Grichuk.- White Sox Winner With 9 Run Inning

Is he a shock jock, now?- 5/22 (9:10pm CDT) at Giants Game Thread: We're in the Bay with Davis on the mound
It sure is nice to see this happen to a team not named the White Sox.- 5/22 (9:10pm CDT) at Giants Game Thread: We're in the Bay with Davis on the mound
I dare say I thought it would be a major win if Derek Hill was as good as Michael A. Taylor (78 wRC+) last year. Dude's a league average hitter (103 wRC+).- At what point do we start to believe?
I generally got them for perfect attendance. As Woody Allen said, "80% of success in life is just showing up".- At what point do we start to believe?
I'd get the straight-A/perfect attendance tickets, and my dad would take me to 3-4 ballgames a summer. 74, 77. 83 were all great, fun teams.- This Day In Sox History 5/21...
Just tagging on.- Trade Proposals
So Mom, Dad's on a work trip to Omaha this week. Do you give him the green light?- This Day In Sox History 5/21...
Monty Stratton born on this day in 1912. Monty Stratton – Society for American Baseball Research- How Much More Suffering is Needed?
I'd swap Hill and Hays, as Hill plays great defense at all 3 OF spots, and Hays hasn't broken out with the bat. I also think Romo/Quero are working their way into a coin flip.- Sam Antonacci Appreciation Thread
This song does not apply to the Ant-Man.- 5/20 Sox @ Mariners - 3:10PM
And none of it is accurate. It's just carping on a particular move because a run scored. If he decides to pitch to the guy in front of him, he's not paying attention. If he's running through spreadsheets to glean the tiniest advantage, he's over-managing.- 5/20 Sox @ Mariners - 3:10PM
No, that's what I'm saying. When the other team scores a run and wins the game, anybody who can think of any other option instantly believes their thought would have worked, therefore, is better and smarter. It's counterfactual bias.- How Much More Suffering is Needed?
Venable sure likes his platoon options, though. They're invested in Kelenic, while Grichuk was a waiver signing on a heater. I could see the Sox just releasing Hays when he comes off of the IL, and rolling with Grichuk until Pereira forces the issue.- 5/20 Sox @ Mariners - 3:10PM
It's more that "the thing they did didn't work. I can think of anything different, which may or may not work, therefore, I am smarter."- 5/20 Sox @ Mariners - 3:10PM
The whole point is to get the most positions covered by good, competent defenders. The White Sox have two guys who can play 3B at a top level. Vargas and Colson. They have 2 shortstops who play at that level, Acuña and Colson. Playing Ant at 3B takes a serious step down in coverage. I guess it's fun to find a wrinkle that makes us feel smart when we complain about it.- At what point do we start to believe?
I don't think the 2026 team is built to make a deep run in the playoffs, if they even get there. But it's an important building year where the team is learning that they can compete, and how to win. I don't get the guys who think you can't talk positive about a team unless they put up a W today. - Trade Proposals
