He got injured. He's probably overweight. He hasn't snapped back to his 2025 form after recovering. They took a flier on him and he didn't work out. Next. I really can't understand the people who, after every single DFA of a guy who just didn't work out, kneel down on the ground, cry, and shake their fists at the sky.

I would love for any of you people to tell me about this dream organization you keep comparing the White Sox to that converts even 50% of the players that enter their organization. The reason that teams maintain 6 minor league teams isn't because they imagine MLB will expand rosters to 200 players at some point, and they'll have 200 All-Stars suiting up soon.
