I was saying all along they should offer 300 as their limit. It is ok not to over-pay.

Every player is different but TA shows a will to work through his problems along with bringing his natural skills to the game. I have no idea where Moncada is headed or what happens if he is unable to improve. We had two guys lead the league in three negative stats.
