You have to give Sheets the rest of this season to show if he can produce on the regular or not. You can't give up on a 26 yr old LH batter with power too quickly.

I think that is exactly what is going on with Kopech. He generates his power from his legs. He doesn't trust the knee so his velocity is way down.

Kopech isn't trusting his knee. That is why is velocity is down. They said they had to drain fluid off it. He is one of those guys who is out of shape. Big part of the reason this team is hurt all the time.
