  1. I wish Harrison could hit because he is above average in the field. That was a very athletic tag.
  2. Shut him down for his next start and he can have over a two week break with the all star game coming up.
  3. Doesn't Kopech usually top out around 98mph?
  4. Kopech isn't trusting his knee. That is why is velocity is down. They said they had to drain fluid off it. He is one of those guys who is out of shape. Big part of the reason this team is hurt all the time.
  5. This Tiger pitcher has been sent down like 3 times this year. He used to be a bullpen guy.
  6. This whole team is out of shape. They need to fire the entire coaching staff and training staff and the need to hire a fulltime dietician for these out of shape bums.
  7. Moncada and his .235 OBP is the perfect candidate for the lead off position today! I don't know why he hasn't been inserted there way before now.
  8. Not an important game so of course not. Oh but we do get Leury. And Moncada and his .188 avg and .520 ops leading off! TLR playing that chess again.
  9. JC was fantastic today. 9 games left before the break. 6-3 gets you to .500. Need 3 of those 6 wins to be against the Twins. Not going to happen. Don't let today's result suck you back in. The Tigers are not a good team and that starter they sent out today isn't a Major Leaguer.
  10. No way Hill should of been able to last 5 with only 6 runs given up.
  11. JC at only 65 pitches through 5. Why can't the rest of the starters be that efficient.
  12. Cueto is a prime example of why movement and location of pitches is way more important than speed.
  13. Why does it feel like 6 runs is not enough and the Sox should of put up more against this bum.
  14. I mean it's his job to try to keep the fans interested. I do wish though that he and Stone would be more critical when it's obviously called for.
  15. I agree. He hasn't been the problem. He is very good defensively and is hitting close to .250. I do wish he could hit for more power though. The biggest problems have been Pollock, Moncada, and Grandal not hitting at all and the terrible middle relief pitching. Also Pollock being bad defensively as well.
  16. It's a really tough call and I don't trust Hahn or TLR in the least to make the right one. Eloy and Sheets are so much alike except for the righty lefty. They are both young. Maybe you just hang on to them both this year, get as many at bats as you can for them and see which one steps up.
  17. Sox need to put up a big number on this guy before he is pulled.
  18. The guy can't help it he is being stuck in the OF. If he could just be more consistent at the plate. He does play hard though. I don't know what you do with him at the deadline. There are way too many DH types on the team. You have to move someone.
  19. Yup. No excuse for not lighting this guy up.
