Rockies TV guys were saying that opposing relievers sometimes struggle catching their breath after they run in from the bullpen due to the altitude. It definately looked like that was the problem for Liam. He gets pretty ramped up on his own without the altitude bothering his breathing. I have had that happen to me and its hard to get your breath back for a few minutes.
